ADS-B, go for it now!

The European Commission announced that due to the coronavirus crisis, to postpone the deadline to equip aircraft with ADS-B. As a relief measure to airlines, the Commission amended Regulation 1207/2011 to postpone the deadline by six months to 7. December 2020. This extension is applicable to all aircraft with the 7. June 2020 deadline.

This decision is giving aircraft operators and owners, more time to plan and perform an appropriate retrofit prgram including ADS-B.
