Emca Electronic AG and KUERZI Aviation AG join forces!

We are excited to announce that Emca Electronic AG and KUERZI Aviation AG have decided to shape the future together as KUERZI Aviation AG. Combined we have the critical size to invest into new technologies, remain experts in aviation certification and provide our customer with smart solutions for their aircraft, provide customized solutions to our customers and serve as system integrator.

Ralf Kürzi, a highly regarded expert in aviation certification, will take the position of head of office of airworthiness while the future CEO will be Beat Otzenberger, who has a proven track record building up and leading successful teams in the aviation industry.

We cover the entire avionics value chain from design, through permit to fly, production and maintenance. All disciplines help in improving our products in terms of design, quality and reliability while keeping development time to a minimum. The company will continue to produce at its facilities in Lommis and Kastanienbaum. Lommis will serve as center of excellence for product / system integration while Kastanienbaum will, with its fully integrated production line for electronic assembly, serve as centre of excellence for components.

The new combined KUERZI Aviation AG will be one of the largest first tier suppliers in Switzerland and with its broad customer base and a wide variety of solutions and products is well positioned to benefit from the increasing demand in the general aviation sector and beyond.
