POA with lean production

Under the new employee protection-concept and a newly introduced LEAN production, we are stepping out of the lock-down.

In the first phase, we will now examine the individual workstations. We will reduce unnecessary work steps through active participation by the employees. This has already had a positive impact on the satisfaction of our employees and their efficiency.

Production organization lean production

With the easing measures enacted by the swiss health authority (BAG), we are returning to a new reality. We took the best out of the COVID-19 situation to optimize our production processes. We have broken down what we have been producing from a single workstation into different workstations. This has resulted in a LEAN production tailored to our aviation products, with which we have just started the first phase.


In the first phase, we will now examine the individual workstations. We will reduce unnecessary work steps through active participation by the employees. This has already had a positive impact on the satisfaction of our employees and their efficiency.
